Welcome to The Desert Collective, LLC (“The Desert Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.thedesertcollectivevegas.com, our online booking system, and any services provided at our physical location or by our partners and independent professionals.

By accessing our site, booking an appointment, leasing a suite, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Our Website and Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website or our facilities to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, operation, or content of our website or location.

We reserve the right to deny service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our discretion if misuse is suspected.

3. Bookings and Payments

All service bookings and payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments.

By booking online, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.

Cancellations and No-Shows:

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit or full service charge.

4. Suite Rentals and Independent Professionals

The Desert Collective leases salon and spa suites to independent professionals (“Tenants”). Each Tenant operates as a separate business entity responsible for their own services, pricing, and client relations.

The Desert Collective, LLC is not liable for the actions, omissions, or services provided by any independent contractor or Tenant operating within the premises.

Tenants are responsible for:

  • Maintaining proper state licensing and insurance.
  • Keeping their suite clean, sanitary, and compliant with local regulations.
  • Adhering to lease terms and policies outlined in their individual agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, images, designs, and written material, is the property of The Desert Collective, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer

All services provided at The Desert Collective are performed by licensed professionals. However, by participating in any treatment, service, or rental, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with such activities.

The Desert Collective, LLC, its owners, affiliates, and employees are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury, allergic reactions, or adverse effects arising from treatments or products.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Business losses incurred by Tenants or independent contractors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Desert Collective, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, website, or facilities.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

At The Desert Collective, LLC, we value every guest experience and stand behind the quality of our services and retail offerings. Because we are a collective space featuring multiple independent professionals, our policy distinguishes between services performed by The Desert Collective and those performed by independent tenants.

A. Product Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

Retail products purchased directly through The Desert Collective or at our front desk may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Conditions:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is returned and inspected.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for refund due to health and sanitation standards.
  • Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days.
  • Products purchased directly from an independent professional or tenant must be handled with that provider according to their individual policy.

B. Service Claims & Adjustments

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every service. If you are unhappy with your experience, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

For services performed by The Desert Collective staff:

  • We do not issue refunds for completed services, but we are happy to offer a complimentary touch-up or correction at management’s discretion.
  • Service adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

For services performed by independent professionals (tenants):

  • Each tenant operates under their own business license and sets their own refund or redo policy.
  • The Desert Collective is not responsible for outcomes, charges, or service-related claims provided by independent professionals leasing within the space.
  • Please contact your provider directly to discuss any concerns or potential resolutions.

C. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities

While all professionals within The Desert Collective use high-quality, tested products, skin sensitivities can occur.

  • We recommend patch tests upon request before treatments.
  • Refunds are not issued for allergic reactions, but a future credit or product exchange may be offered at management’s discretion.

D. Late or Missing Refunds

If you are approved for a refund:

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after this time, contact your bank or credit card company first, as posting times vary.
  • If the issue persists, please email us at support@thedesertcollectivevegas.com.
